So the good news is that i won free coffee in a raffle. Stella and i went to this thing called Cafe Au Care at Nicollet mall last semester. It was a fundraiser for AIDS where a bunch of coffee shops and distributors had booths and you could go around and sample their coffee. It was way fun and i entered a raffle there. So today i got a package and i won a free pound of coffee from Peace Coffee. it's pretty cool. I like their coffee but never buy it because i get free coffee from White Rock. Speaking of White Rock, another piece of my good news is that we are now starting to close at 7 on weeknights instead of 10. I'll be lacking on hours a little but i won't feel so overwhelmed on the days that i work. So that's really good. I'll be able to come home from work and do my homework instead of just crash.
So my bad news is that my dad has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. They caught it very early and my dad's going to have surgery to get it removed, but it still worries me. it scares me too. I know my dad isn't invincible but i'd like to think he is. So please keep him in your prayers.
