Good night went awkward

So Stella and i went out for drinks at the Local and we had a good time. We talked a lot about her losing her job for a while but how new things had come up already and about my friend Jenny getting married and blah blah blah...updating each other on the usual stuff. Anyhow we were enjoying ourselves until some guy came and sat down at our table and starting talking to us. He didn't just stand there and start talking to us, he sat down! It was weird and awkward. His line was that when he passed 40 minutes ago he saw us talking away and when he came around again we were still talking, so he was drawed to us. Yes, he said drawed. So either he was really drunk or really stupid. Stella and i decided he was both. Anyhow, he sat down, but didn't really talk to us. he didn't actually have anything to say. He expected us to be all chatty with him. I'm sorry, but i'm not going to pretend i'm interested in some guy just because he sat down at my table! Anyhow, long story short, we ended up having to be very rude to him to get him to leave. It was so weird! I go to bars like the Local for a reason. They are places where i know there won't be people who will be trying to hit on me or anyone i am with, but of course this guy, Billy, had to change that.
Anyhow, so that was my super awkward evening. I hope everyone else had a good one!
