I am now an official help desk worker. I don't think that i can actually help anyone just yet, but soon enough i will. I don't know when i start, hopefully this week.
On a sad note, my friend Nick passed away yesterday morning. He used to work with my at Gloria Jean's. He was such a good guy. He had skin cancer and didn't take care of it right away. I'm friends with his sisters and i'm sure they are just a wreck right now. I need to call them. I don't know if i can go home for the funeral, it depends on when it is.
