Last night Maryellen suggested that we make a skirt out of an old pair of her dress pants. So i showed her how to rip the seams and stuff so we could get started on it. She did that and after about a tedious hour of seam ripping she was finished and pinned it the way she wanted and tried it on. Well, they didn't fit her anymore. So it was a wasted hour. Sad.
Well while she was ripping her seams, i figured i'd start making a skirt out of an old pair of ripped jeans, which i thought i wouldn't have time to finish, since i had to sew MaryEllen's skirt, but since that didn't work out, i got to finish mine. It is super cute! I actually did a pretty good job, one of my better craft projects!

Yeah but it was a fun crafty wasted hour. It was better then doing homework! Thanks for showing me how to be crafty!
