This week was really slow at work. i don't quite know what to do all day. Friday was the most productive. I made a list of things i would like to start working on. One of them is organize a mission trip for the adults in our congregation. We would probably do disaster relief or something in Mississippi. I also started reading this book called Going Public with your Faith. It is a pretty good book so far, i might do sunday school series on it. Well that's about it. Oh, i get installed on sunday and then we are having a lunch reception afterwards.

To explain the above picture: it is a picture of a barber shop downtown. The guy who owns it does free haircuts for the homeless around here, which there are a lot of, a couple times a week. It is a neat ministry. I want to talk with the guy who owns it.

Kali, it is great to hear everything is going well in CA. I love that haircutting shop also. It is very cool that the owner is helping out the community in this way.
I have some mail that I need to send out to you...but I will try and do that soon.
Am also getting really frustrated with my job situation and am thinking of working at Teavana instead as it just opened in Mayfair. But we'll see.
I miss you!!
