Remember that great song by Will Smith and DJ Jazzy Jeff, well that's how i'm feeling right now.
I called home yesterday to tell them that i applied to LCMS World Mission for next year, and they both sounded almost disappointed, maybe not disappointed but definitely not happy about it. I don't know if i could do it if they weren't supportive of it. The worst thing is that i haven't even gotten accepted, i just applied. I guess i have a lot to think and pray about.

:( Oh Kali, they might sound disappointed because they will miss you a lot, but you know they are proud of how you live your life to help others!
I know they support you in your decisions even though it might not seem like it sometimes.

I had a talk with them about that. They will support you now or I said I'd never let them see their future grandchildren. (no thats not an announcement!)
