This makes me sad... :(
For anyone who doesn't know; i went to an Arts high school, kind of like Fame but no one burst out into song or dance randomly, well not normally. Anyhow, it is a public high school and we used to get extra funds from the Milwaukee Public School System for our arts programs, but in 2000 they cut the extra money and just gave us what they give all other public schools and now my high school is broke and has to ask parents for the money. It makes me sad because i don't think many of the parents can afford it, and probably before my 10 Year Class reunion the school will be closed. I wish more people valued arts education.
