End of the Year Evaluation

Yesterday i had my end of the year evaluation with Pastor Ron. I was really nervous about it (which i don't really know why), but it went quite well. Pastor Ron is excellent at giving constructive criticism. He knows how to tell me the areas i need to work on without making me feel like a completely screwed up. So i got a very positive feeling from the evaluation. Everything that i was "marked down" for, Pastor Ron explained that these are areas that i will get better at with more experience and it's just my lack of experience that is keeping me from getting a higher score. I feel like a weight has been lifted. I know what he thinks of my work here and i know where i stand. That feels nice.
Now i just have to get through Phil's evaluation this weekend. Actually it will probably be quite fun having Phil here for the weekend. I want to take him to a winery or something, but i don't know if he will be up for it. I also want to get him to take me to Chuck E Cheese for dinner (since he wouldn't the last time he visited).
Alright, that's all folks.
