I heart swimming

So i just went swimming at Oxford and i forgot how much i enjoy just being in the water. It was nice and relaxing. I only spent a half hour there, but it was what i needed.

You know how your sense of smell triggers memories and emotions. I think that the smell of chlorine reminds me of encouragement, teamwork, and comraderie. it reminds me of swim team in high school. i was on swim team all 4 years, but it only reminds me of my junior and senior year when i really enjoyed it. i like that the smell of chlorine, which most people despise reminds me of such pleasant things. i'll be comforted for the next 2-3 days until this smell washes off of me fully.

Dear Lord,
You are amazing! You made the human body all of the workings in it. You made it so that a simple smell can trigger a memory That is truly awesome. Thank you Lord for those pleasant memories. Father God, please be with those who are considering supporting me in my trip to China. If it is your will, let them give to me generously. I am starting to get worried about raising the support, but Lord i trust in you and know that you will provide for me.
